CuraCell Research Publication Highlights Tumor Regression Driven by Tumor-Infiltrating Lymphocytes in Glioblastoma

CuraCell is proud to announce the acceptance of its latest research article, “Tumor-infiltrating lymphocytes-derived CD8⁺clonotypes infiltrate the tumor tissue and mediate tumor regression in glioblastoma,”in the leading peer-reviewed journal OncoImmunology.

The study provides new mechanistic insights into the anti-tumor effects of tumor-infiltrating lymphocytes (TILs) in glioblastoma—one of the most aggressive and treatment-resistant forms of brain cancer. The findings reveal that distinct CD8⁺ T-cell clonotypes derived from TILs can effectively infiltrate the tumor microenvironment and drive tumor regression, underscoring a promising therapeutic mechanism for TIL-based immunotherapies in solid tumors of the central nervous system.
